Most requests come back in 2 business days. Bigger things, like a full website, are split into smaller requests so you see progress every couple of days.
It’s the one we’re working on right now. One Twist has one at a time and Double Twist has two. Queue as many as you like, and the next one starts as soon as the last is done.
Billing runs in 31-day cycles. Pause on day 20 and you keep 11 days for whenever you come back.
We revise until you do. If it isn’t working out in the first 7 days, we refund half the month and you keep what we made.
